Membership
Membership entitles you to use of the Guild facilities, including the library. You receive a monthly newsletter and are offered classes at member rates. Some businesses offer discounts to members (see below).
Membership fees cover the period from 1 April to 31 March each year. However, they may be paid half-yearly (1 April to 30 Sept/1 October to 31 March) inclusive of GST. Membership fees are non-refundable.

You are welcome to come along to a Guild meeting on a Monday morning or evening and see what we offer before deciding to become a Guild member.
To apply for membership: download and print out the Application Form, complete and either:
- Mail with cheque/credit card details and a stamped, self-addresses envelope for the return of the receipt and membership card to The Embroiderer's Guild ACT Inc., GPO Box 146, Canberra, ACT 2601; or
- Hand form with cash/cheque/credit card details to the Treasurer at a meeting.
Newsletter
The Guild produces a monthly newsletter 'The Crimson Thread', which gives details of events, groups and classes. It also contains reports from the committee and contributions from members.
